You are invited to @PittInnovates Open on Thursday, Sept. 20, from 5-6 p.m. at the O’Hara Student Center Ballroom, to meet with the staff and entrepreneurs in residence, network with like-minded colleagues and learn about Innovation Institute programs and resources for the 2018-19 academic year.
The Innovation Institute is Pitt’s hub for innovation commercialization and entrepreneurship, provides education, mentoring and funding for Pitt faculty, students and staff who want to make an impact in the world by translating their ideas and discoveries into products and services.
On-campus partners will be on-hand, including:
- The Center for Medical Innovation
- Clinical and Translational Science Institute
- The Innovative Practice Institute (School of Law)
- Scivelo
- Office of Economic Partnerships
Additionally, several of our regional partners from the Pittsburgh entrepreneurship community will be present, including:

Food and beverages will be served, and tickets to the Thrival Innovation and Music Festival will be raffled.
