On Thursday, Jan. 17, Pitt’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion, along with a host committee comprised of nearly 40 University women, will host continue its annual Hoopla tradition.

Hoopla is a chance to support the advancement of women at the University and to promote cross-campus networking, all while supporting the Pitt women’s basketball team as they take on the Syracuse Orange.

In addition to a pre-game reception and buffet dinner, Hoopla will feature a welcome from Pitt women’s basketball Head Coach Lance White.

Hoopla’s reception will begin at 5 p.m. Coach White’s welcome remarks will take place at at 5:30 p.m. and tipoff is at 7 p.m.

Admission is free with Pitt or UPMC ID or $5 for everyone else. Click here to register by Jan. 14. The event is open to everyone.
