Perhaps you, like us, are grieving this week and in search of some way to help. 

The Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh has suggested that one way to offer support is to make cards and write letters of condolence for those affected by the tragedy at Tree of Life Synagogue. 

Please join us on Friday, Nov. 2, when the Center for Creativity invites Pitt faculty, staff and students to create messages for members of the Jewish community, families whose loved ones were killed or injured and/or first responders who faced terror and saved lives with courage.  

Visit The Workshop (down the steps in the middle of the University Store on Fifth) between 10 a.m. and 4:30 pm. We’ll provide the materials and some suggestions if you don’t know where to begin.

Cards and letters will be given to The Jewish Federation to be delivered at an appropriate time.
