Life Solutions Webinar Explores Workplace Etiquette

Available through the month of August, “Mastering the Business of Workplace Etiquette,” a Life Solutions webinar, will teach participants how to succeed in the workplace using basic manners and cultural differences. Participants will identify common pitfalls and learn how to avoid them, as well as learn strategies to help them shine and leave a lasting impression.

“Mastering the Business of Workplace Etiquette” will teach you how to put your best foot forward in the workplace.

To access this webinar, do the following steps:

  1. Log in to the My Pitt Portal.
  2. On the My Resources dropdown menu, select Human Resources.
  3. Click the MyHealthAccess link located on the right side of the page.
  4. From the MyHealthOnLine dashboard, scroll down about midway on the page to the You’re covered at work, too box. Choose the Life Solutions Employee Assistance Program link.
  5. Choose the WorkLifeResource Portal link which is in the gray box on the right side of the page.
  6. At the top of the WorkPartnersLife Solutions page (it has multi-colored tiles), you’ll see a Featured this month toolbar with gray boxes from which you can access the webinar and other resources that complement it.
