Pitt students, faculty and staff who did not participate in the on-campus workshops earlier this month are invited to complete an online survey. It takes approximately 20 minutes and is limited to 1,600 people.

After you complete the survey, you will be entered into a drawing for a $50 gift card to the University Store on Fifth.
