Mascaro Center for Sustainable Innovation seeks nominations of members of the Pitt community whose talents, ideas and passions contribute to a culture of sustainability at Pitt.

Currently in its sixth year, the Mascaro Center’s Sustainability Awards aim to recognize individuals or groups who have demonstrated an impact in any of three categories of the Pitt Sustainability Plan: stewardship, exploration, and community and culture.

Three awards are given to individual students, faculty and staff. One recognizes an initiative by a group of faculty or staff, and one recognizes a student group. Additionally, the top three scorers will be honored in the Green Office and Green Lab certificate program.

Nominations should be made online and are due by Thursday, Feb. 28.
