University Library, Center for Creativity Hosting Mister Rogers Activities

In 1976, Chancellor Wesley Posvar named Fred Rogers an adjunct professor in the Department of Library and Information Sciences when the University received Rogers’ archives. Now, on the eve of the release of “A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood,” join the University Library System at the Center for Creativity to celebrate Rogers’ legacy.

On Wednesday, Nov. 20, and Thursday, Nov. 21, from 4 to 6 p.m., all neighbors in the University community can visit the center to make buttons, letterpress postcards, design thank-you cards and enjoy free cookies and hot beverages.

Read more about the event, which is part of the Year of Creativity, at the Center for Creativity website.
