Whether you’ve recently visited the MyHealth@Work Health and Wellness Center for an ailment or a health coaching session or you’re unfamiliar with the Health and Wellness Center, your feedback about the on-campus health and wellness center is important. The Office of Human Resources and UPMC would like to get your thoughts through a short survey

Faculty and staff who work on the Pittsburgh campus are invited to participate in a short survey about the UPMC MyHealth@Work Health and Wellness Center. Feedback is anonymous, confidential and will help the University better understand how to meet the needs of our most important patients — you and all Pitt faculty and staff.

About the center

The UPMC MyHealth@Work Health and Wellness Center helps treat a variety of acute illnesses and conditions and is available to all faculty and staff regardless of health coverage at no cost and with no appointment necessary. The center also offers health coaching, condition management and allergy and vaccination injections (if you bring the medication).
