As with most of the University, the Office of Human Resources will be closed for winter recess starting Monday, Dec. 23, to re-open on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2020.

Employees with urgent matters can call 412-624-7000; HR representatives will retrieve and return urgent voicemail messages throughout the break. Messages determined to be of an urgent nature will be responded to the next business day.

The final new staff orientation of 2019 will take place on Monday, Dec. 16; the first orientation session of the new year will be on Thursday, Jan. 2, with orientation resuming its normal schedule on Monday, Jan. 6.
