Human Resources Seeks Input in Shaping the Workplace

University faculty and staff at the Pittsburgh campus are invited to participate in engagement sessions that aim to gather input for the Office of Human Resources’ Shaping the Workplace Environment initiative.

Engagement sessions provide opportunities to share feedback and recommendations about compensation, benefits, work-life balance, performance review and talent development and culture and work environment. Further details can be found at the Pitt HR SharePoint site.

Attendance at each session will be capped at 125 in order to allow for dialogue at stations dedicated to each element of the framework. Register online to choose a session time and date.

Because virtual attendance is not conducive to the session design, separate sessions will be hosted at the regional campuses.
