Human Resources to Send 1095-C Form for 2018 Taxes

If you were eligible for health care coverage in 2018, you may receive a tax document called a 1095-C that includes detailed information about your coverage. The Internal Revenue Service uses this information to determine if you should repay any tax credit or receive additional credit.
