Anger, resentment and grudges can have a negative impact on mental and emotional wellbeing. Many people struggle with coping mechanisms that can help counter those negative thoughts and emotions.
Available through February, “Understanding Forgiveness,” a Life Solutions webinar, will teach participants how to let go of anger and resentment through forgiveness techniques and tools. It includes discussion topics like how holding onto anger hurts us, how anger and resentment manifest in our minds and bodies and how to take concrete steps towards lasting forgiveness. The webinar will also offer skills and tools for a more peaceful mindset.
