Proposal and abstract submissions for the 2019 Mentoring and Advising Summit, hosted by the Office of the Provost, are due by Dec. 5.

The full-day event will take place on March 7, 2019, and will cover current and emerging topics, trends and successful strategies to meet the needs of the individuals serving Pitt students as formal and informal advisors, mentors and coaches.

A portion of the summit will highlight innovative solutions and strategies being implemented across the university, and staff and faculty are invited to submit a proposal to lead a workshop or idea session, or to submit an abstract of work that could be presented as a poster.
