Staff Council's Flexible Work Arrangements Panel Available Online

If you missed Staff Council's “Flexible Work Arrangements at Pitt” panel discussion on Feb. 20, you can watch video of the event online

Leaders from multiple responsibility areas and units across the University shared their stories of successful implementation of flexible work arrangements, which can include flexible work schedules, compressed weeks, telecommuting, job sharing and other arrangements. Michele Montag, executive director for staff personnel and senior assistant dean, Kenneth P. Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences; Jennifer E. Woodward, vice chancellor for sponsored programs and research operations, Pitt Research; Thomas E. Youngs, director of purchasing services, Purchasing Services Department; and John Kozar, assistant vice chancellor of benefits in the Office of Human Resources served as panelists.
