Be Fit Pitt

One of the best ways to counter inevitable extra holiday calories is by increasing physical activity to burn them off. That could include anything from starting a new exercise regime to choosing the stairs over an elevator.

Join Be Fit Pitt on Nov. 15, from noon to 1 p.m. in the William Pitt Union ballroom to learn more about the resources University staff can access to support healthy lifestyles. Register online today.

Barksgiving

Stop by the Cathedral of Learning on Nov. 26 at noon to de-stress with therapy dogs trained by the Humane Animal Rescue. The local nonprofit organization partners with the University’s College Canine Program to visit Pitt students every Tuesday evening.
