Timecard Deadlines and HR Resources During Winter Recess

The Office of Human Resources will be closed in observance of the University’s Winter Recess from Monday, Dec. 20, 2019, through Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020.

Timecards for the holiday/recess weeks must be submitted to and approved by your supervisor prior to the following deadlines:

  • Week of Dec. 15 - 21: Timecards must be approved by Monday, Dec. 23, at noon.
  • Week of Dec. 22 - 28: Timecards must be approved by Friday, Dec. 27, at noon.

Should urgent matters arise, please call 412-624-7000. OHR representatives will retrieve and return urgent voicemail messages daily on Monday, Dec. 23; Thursday, Dec. 26; Friday, Dec. 27; Monday, Dec. 30; and Tuesday, Dec. 31. Messages determined to be of an urgent nature will be returned the next business day.
