Whether you’ve recently visited the MyHealth@Work Health and Wellness Center for an ailment or a health coaching session or you’re unfamiliar with the Health and Wellness Center, your feedback about the on-campus health and wellness center is important. The Office of Human Resources and UPMC would like to get your thoughts through a short survey.
Faculty and staff who work on the Pittsburgh campus are invited to participate in a short survey about the UPMC MyHealth@Work Health and Wellness Center. Feedback is anonymous, confidential and will help the University better understand how to meet the needs of our most important patients — you and all Pitt faculty and staff.
To take the survey, click the following link or copy and paste it in your browser: https://upmchp.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_4ZKozGnmmxJMfZz.
The survey is available through Oct.1, 2019.
