There’s no better way to share your department or office’s personnel announcements with the University of Pittsburgh faculty and staff community than with an On the Move in @Pitt. Staff and faculty new hires, promotions and appointments can be submitted using the below online form.
We aim to edit and publish On the Move listings within five business days of receipt. Once published, each headline and link will be included in the following week’s @Pitt email newsletter, which is delivered every Wednesday to all University staff and faculty.
To submit an On the Move notice, please provide text about the personnel change in no more than 250 words. Links to other Pitt websites with further information can be embedded in the text. Provide addresses for hyperlinks in the accolade field by including them in brackets [ ] after the text to which they should be linked.
Photos of On the Move subjects should be uploaded as JPGs. If a photo is not provided, we will use a Pitt campus stock photo.
The Office of University Communications may edit submissions for style and clarity.
