United Way Campaign Raises Highest Total from Most Donors Ever

Through personal contributions, team donation activities and fundraising special events, the 2018 Pitt United Way Campaign raised more than $700,000 and showed how the University community can make a difference in the lives of those in need.

The daylong forum, “Local Citizenship in a Global World,” takes place at the Twentieth Century Club (4201 Bigelow Blvd.) on Friday, March 29, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Annual Holiday Toy, Winter Essentials Drives

The annual Community and Governmental Relations’ (CGR) holiday gift drive is taking place now through Friday, Dec. 14. Gifts will be distributed to children at Christmas Day at Pitt, the University’s annual event  where meals and holiday gifts are shared with those in need, and to community partners.
