Pitt, UPMC Chosen to Lead New Research and Training Center on Family Support

The new $4.3 million grant will facilitate the research that interdisciplinary teams do to improve the care, health and quality of life of all persons with disabilities and the families who support them.

Everette James Named Interim Dean of GSPH

James, who has been at Pitt since 2010, will fill the role until a permanent dean is named. Donald S. Burke, who stepped down as dean on July 1, will remain on the faculty at the Graduate School of Public Health.
