Hill District CEC Director Laying Groundwork Meaningful Partnerships
Even before ground is broken on a new community engagement center in the Hill District, Kirk Holbrook has spent six months laying foundations for strong relationships between the University and community members. This work, Holbrook said, will provide Pitt with an idea of how the CEC can best benefit residents’ needs.

A $2 million gift to the University has been made the Bank of America Charitable Foundation. The gift will establish the Terrence Laughlin Chair in Finance in the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business.
